Public Notice: Special Public Meeting Regarding Roads License Agreement Program
The Township of Lake of Bays is hosting a special public meeting on the Roads License Agreement (RLA) Program.
Date: Monday, September 9, 2024
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Location: Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 1012 Dwight Beach Rd, Dwight, ON P0A 1H0
Interested parties are invited to attend in person or participate virtually via Zoom. This meeting is an opportunity for the public to share comments and concerns about the program. Feedback will be considered by Council and staff before the end of the 180-day moratorium.
An open floor will be available for those wishing to speak (maximum 5 minutes). Written comments can also be submitted to the Clerk at csykes@lakeofbays.on.ca.

Virtual Participation:
- Interested individuals are invited to participate virtually via Zoom. The link will be provided on the agenda and the Special Council Meeting event page by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
- Virtual attendees will be able to share their screens during their speaking time if they have slides to present.
- For procedures and instructions on virtual participation using Zoom, please refer to our Zoom 101 Guide.
- If not participating but would like to view the meeting, it will be live-streamed on the Township's YouTube channel.
In-Person Participation:
- In-person participants who wish to present slides must submit their materials to the Township’s Corporate Services Department by noon on Friday, September 6, 2024.
