Public Notice: Postal Strike Affecting Mail-out Notices for Planning Applications

Please be advised that the ongoing Canada Post strike may cause delays in mail-out Notices for Planning Act applications. 

Notices for planning applications in the Township of Lake of Bays will be available online through the Township website at the Planning Application Notices page.  

This includes applications for: 

• Official Plan Amendments;
• By-law Amendments;
• Consents (severances); and
• Class Two (Council Variation) Planning Permits
