Notice of Proposed Road Allowance Containing a Private Road/Driveway Closure Procedures

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays will be considering a proposed policy with respect to closing a Road Allowance containing a Private Road/Driveway & amendments to the User Fees & Charges By-law for the applicable fees at the regularly scheduled meeting to be held on August 13, 2024.

A staff report is scheduled for the August 13, 2024, Council agenda and will be posted on the Township website's Agendas, Minutes & Meetings page by August 7, 2024.
