Notice of Intent to Dispose of Surplus Property - March 12, 2024
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

- close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 28, Concession A, former Township of Ridout, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27378, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, and;
- close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 28, Concession A, former Township of Ridout, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27378, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

- close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 6, Concession 8, former Township of McLean, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27385, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 12th day of March, 2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
