Notice of Intent To Dispose Of Surplus Property - June 4, 2024

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

(a) close and sell that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 17, Concession 5, former Township of Franklin, designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27460 now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka, and

(b) close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 17, Concession 5, former Township of Franklin, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27460, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 4th day of June, 2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
