TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lake of Bays proposes to enact by-laws pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to:

- close that part of the original shore road allowance lying in front of Lot 20, Concession 5, former Township of Franklin, designated as Part 2 on Plan 35R-27398, now in the Township of Lake of Bays, in the District Municipality of Muskoka.

The proposed by-laws will come before the Township of Lake of Bays Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in a hybrid setting (in-person and electronically), on the 9th day of April, 2024, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. o’clock, in the morning.
