A New Record for Building & By-law Services and What to Expect in 2023

Building & Bylaw Services at the Township of Lake of Bays has broken a record by receiving 677 building permits for new construction projects by the end of 2022. With no signs of slowing down, the Township has further streamlined its services by transitioning to a digital platform named Cloudpermit, making it easier for Municipal staff as well as contractors and developers who apply for permits.

Going forward, the Township is excited to expand its use of Cloudpermit by digitizing its submission process for planning applications as well as by-law concerns.
