Overview
The Township of Lake of Bays Council received the Housing Needs Assessment report during the December 17, 2024, meeting. This report assesses the current and future housing needs in the Township of Lake of Bays, identifies gaps between housing demand and supply metrics across the full housing continuum, and directs strategic planning at the Township.
