The Township of Lake of Bays may collect and record information during emergency situations utilizing drone, camera and/or other technology equipped with video and camera capabilities in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA) and Transport Canada Canadian Aviation Regulations (Part IX – Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems)
Community Emergency Management Committee (CEMC)
The Community Emergency Management Committee (CEMC) develops and implements the emergency management program including the preparation and maintenance of the Emergency Response Plan which includes a Public Awareness and Education Strategic Plan.
